Place Property Management is a local Chula Vista company and we take pride in our years of experience in the rental and real estate industry. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service and keeping their properties in top condition. We use the latest technology to help us keep an eye on all of our properties, from managing rent payments to managing repairs and maintenance. Through our online software we are able to streamline the management and rental process via our tech enabled office including a one click marketing platform, online tenant and owner portals, digital lease signings, online payments, and more. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our owner and tenants. We look forward to working with you!
Melissa has been a licensed realtor since 2001 and became a California-licensed broker in 2022. With a deep passion for real estate and property management, she has built a career working with top brokerages such as Century 21 Award, Compass, and Finest City Homes & Loans.
Melissa brings extensive knowledge of the San Diego real estate market and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. She has extensive experience working with investors looking to grow their portfolios and has built long-term relationships with clients who have bought, sold, and rented homes with her over the years. Melissa is committed to upholding best practices in property management while helping clients navigate every step of their real estate journey.
Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys spending time with her two sons - most often cheering them on at one of the local Chula Vista baseball fields or enjoying the many San Diego attractions and activities.
